RETURNS

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange.

• Items should come back unworn and unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached.
• Please email us before sending anything at contact@minorformula.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning. We'll reply with the return address and how to send it (we usually use InPost).
• Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we've made a mistake, in which case we'll cover it.
• Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days.
• Pre-order items can be returned within 30 days of you receiving them.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us with photos and a few details. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including postage.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
