RETURNS

If an item is damaged, faulty or you are just not happy upon receipt please contact us via email at contact@minorformula.com and provide us with complete details of the issue/fault, once we have received the product and verified the issue we will swiftly issue a replacement or refund to the value of the original item.

You may return any item within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund or to exchange the item. In all cases the items returned must be original condition complete with any tags and correspondence.

Please do not attempt to return any items without first emailing.

We are a small independent business so returns (postage costs) are at the expense of the customer. However, if we decide we are at fault, the cost of return will be refunded via your original payment method.
