At MINOR FORMULA, sustainability is about more than protecting the planet. It is about creating a way of living that benefits ourselves, the people around us and the world we live in.

We question ourselves throughout the process.

Who are we benefiting?

Are we causing harm?

Will this last in the long term?

We ask these questions about the garments we create, the materials we use and the choices we make. They can also be carried into everyday life, from the things we buy to our habits, relationships and the paths we choose.

Sustainability is about looking beyond what feels good or convenient right now and thinking about what our decisions are creating over time.

We produce our garments in small batches to avoid unnecessary stock and reduce waste. We do a lot of the work ourselves, from designing to printing and embroidery. Keeping more of the process in house gives us greater control over the quality, materials and quantities we produce.

When we print, we carefully plan each run to make the most of our materials and keep waste to a minimum. We are also mindful of the water, energy and resources used by different printing methods and continue to look for better ways of working as we learn and grow.

Our garments are made to be worn, loved and kept for as long as possible, using organic, recycled and responsibly sourced materials wherever we can.

We believe one of the best ways to reduce our impact is to buy fewer low quality garments and get more use from well made pieces that we genuinely love.

We know sustainability is an ongoing journey and that there is always more we can do. By making small and conscious adjustments to the way we design, produce and consume, these choices can accumulate into meaningful change for ourselves, for others and for the world around us.
