How to look after your pieces, how we fix them and how we give old garms a new life.
Look after it and it’ll look after you.
To keep your pieces looking good for longer:
Wash cool and inside out.
Skip the tumble dryer.
Iron on the reverse, never straight onto a print or embroidery.
Washing less often and letting things air dry helps too. It’s kinder to the fabric, the print and the planet.
Buy less. Wear it more.
Something come loose? Send it back to us.
If something on your MINOR FORMULA piece needs fixing, like loose embroidery, a dropped stitch or a split seam, we’ll repair it within reason.
Email us at contact@minorformula.com with a few photos and your order number if you have it. We’ll let you know if we can fix it and how to get it to us.
If something arrived faulty, that’s different: see our refund policy and we’ll put it right.

Got something you don’t wear anymore? Instead of it sitting in a drawer or going in the bin, we can rework it into something new.
No mud, no lotus.
What we can and can’t take on.
Repairs are for MINOR FORMULA pieces only. We can’t repair other brands’ items or pieces that are very heavily worn.
For reworks and logo work, we’ll look at what you send and let you know what’s possible before we start.
